This Privacy Policy explains how Cain Medical Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Cain Medical Field Module mobile application (the "App") available on the Google Play Store. 

1. Information Collected Within the App
The App is designed as a standalone utility. We do not collect, harvest, store, or transmit any personal data, usage metrics, or device identifiers from within the App. No third-party analytics software or advertising SDKs are integrated into the App.

2. Information Collected Via Customer Support
If you voluntarily choose to contact us for technical support or inquiries via the contact link or directly at support@cainmedical.com, we will receive your email address, name, and any other information you choose to provide in your message.

* We use Google Workspace (Gmail) to host our corporate communication infrastructure. Your inbound support emails are securely processed and stored on Google’s enterprise servers.
* This information is used strictly to resolve your technical support issues and will never be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.

1. Device Permissions
The App functions entirely locally and does not require or request any special device permissions (such as access to your camera, microphone, location, storage, or contacts).

2. Children's Privacy
The App does not collect, process, or target personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that a child has sent a support email to us, please contact us so we can permanently delete that correspondence from our email systems.

3. Data Retention and Deletion
Because the App does not capture or store personal data, there is no in-app data to retain or delete. Any customer support emails sent to support@cainmedical.com will be retained only for as long as necessary to resolve your technical query, after which they are archived or securely deleted in accordance with our corporate data retention policies.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or regulatory requirements. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated text on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above. You are advised to review this policy periodically.
